UBS Appoints Its Ten Swiss Regional Directors

UBS has appointed its regional directors following its merger with Credit Suisse. The five directors from UBS are André Spycher for Aargau/Solothurn, Jean-François Beausoleil for Geneva, Patrick Bourloud for the Romandie, Luca Pedrotti for the Tessin and Iwan Willisch for the Wallis. Christa Emminger de Grenus and Daniel Cottini have been appointed from UBS for the region of Bern and Central Switzerland respectively. The three directors from Credit Suisse are Patrice Kleewein for Basel, Christoph Zeller for Eastern Switzerland and Sabine Heller for Zurich. UBS has reassured its employees and customers that no changes will be made in the Swiss business for the time being. A dedicated team is preparing for the legal merger of the two Swiss entities, which is scheduled for 2024, followed by customer migration in 2025.
