During a control at the Federal Asylum Center in Balerna TI, one of the youths pulled out a piece of sheet metal from his pocket and swung it towards a police officer. Two police officers were able to disarm him and put handcuffs on him.

At that moment, the other youth intervened by elbowing one of the police officers in the neck. According to the police statement, the officer was able to deflect the blow and also put handcuffs on the youth.
