Two men arrested on suspicion of murder in Biel

The Bern cantonal police have taken two men aged 20 and 18 back into custody. They are accused of being involved in the fatal fall of a 47-year-old woman from a residential building in Biel/Bienne at the end of September.
The police wrote in a communiqué on Friday evening that a homicide was in the foreground. The two men were arrested on the day of the death, but have since been released.
Last Monday, the authorities questioned the two Swiss nationals again. The evidence of a homicide was confirmed. They are now in custody. The 18-year-old was still a minor when the alleged crime was committed.
The 47-year-old Tunisian woman fell from a higher floor of a residential building during the night on September 24. She died on the spot.
