Tamedia-Online on the reversal of the judgment in the Vincenz case

On their websites, the Tamedia newspapers comment on the decision of the Supreme Court, the verdict against ex-Raiffeisen CEO Pierin Vincenz and other defendants, as follows:
"For the Zurich public prosecutor's office led by Marc Jean-Richard-dit-Bressel, this is a major setback. (...) The reasons lie in procedural shortcomings - and the public prosecutor's office must take responsibility for these. In its eagerness to make everything as perfect as possible, it has set itself a trap. (...) For Vincenz and the other defendants, however, today's verdict does not mean that they will be let off the hook. Because the court has not decided anything in the matter - only that the case must be reopened."
