Victim of knife attack is out of danger

The state of health of the victim of the knife attack on Saturday evening in Zurich has improved slightly. The 50-year-old's life is no longer in danger.
"We can announce that the victim is out of danger", Jonathan Kreutner, Secretary General of the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities (SIG), told the Keystone-SDA news agency on Monday morning. However, the man will require intensive care until further notice.
The orthodox Jewish man who was attacked with a knife by a 15-year-old in Zurich on Saturday evening was admitted to hospital with life-threatening injuries. According to media reports, his condition was still critical on Sunday.
