Circus Knie celebrates several premieres

At the premiere of Circus Knie on Friday evening in Rapperswil-Jona SG, several acts were performed that had never been seen in Switzerland before. Several Swiss artists also took part.
The new comedy duo Pfändler celebrated its debut with Amstutz. Peter Pfändler, known from the duo Sutter and Pfändler, is teaming up with comedian Carlos Amstutz for the Knie tour after a seven-year solo career.
Their roles were clearly assigned. Amstutz mimed the civil servant type, Pfändler used the punchlines for himself. The Zurich and Basel native used conservative Swiss clichés for their jokes.
Marc Jonin, the Swiss freestyle football champion, was also there for the first time. Together with his Colombian colleague Boyka, he earned great applause for his football skills, which he showed for the first time in the knee.
Swiss comedian and magician Dustin Nicolodi returned to the Knie for the 2024 tour. His performances as "Coperlin" were particularly well received by the audience.
