Police discovered several kilos of cocaine in four suitcases during a check at Zurich Airport. The drugs were hidden in false floors. Two Poles aged 25 and 51 were arrested, as the Zurich cantonal police announced on Saturday.

The two men landed in Zurich on Friday on their way from Jamaica. During the check, the officers finally discovered the cocaine in the four suitcases they were carrying.

It was a large find, said a police spokesman at the request of the Keystone-SDA news agency. He was unable to provide any information on the value of the drugs. The police seized the suitcases and handed them over to the Forensic Institute for analysis of the cocaine.

The two men were arrested. They have to answer to the public prosecutor's office.
