Fribourg police stop suspected vehicle arsonist

Following several deliberate vehicle fires in two villages in Fribourg, the police have stopped the suspected perpetrator. The 75-year-old man from the Glane district will be reported to the public prosecutor's office.
Since the end of February, there have been several deliberate vehicle fires in Villarsiviriaux and Corbières, as the Fribourg cantonal police reported on Wednesday. A total of six cases have been reported.
The suspected perpetrator was temporarily arrested. According to the Fribourg cantonal police, further investigations are still underway.
