There are some internal changes at EY Switzerland: The consulting firm is appointing Virginie Casals to the Board of Directors at the beginning of July. She succeeds Sabine Betz, who will take over as Head of Consulting, become a member of the Executive Board and step down from the Board of Directors.

The designated board member Casals has been with EY for 20 years, as the company announced on Thursday. She is Head of Global Compliance & Reporting in Switzerland.

Former Board member Betz replaces Adrian Widmer on the Executive Board, who is retiring. She is handing over her previous position as Head of Insurance to André Dylan Kohler, who was previously responsible for Financial Services Risk Management.

Finally, Olivier Mange will become the new Head of Assurance for Switzerland. He has been with EY since 2003, most recently as Government & Public Sector Leader and as Head of the Bern office. Meanwhile, his predecessor André Schaub will take on a new role at EY and become a member of the Executive Board for the EMEIA region (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa).
