39-year-old paraglider pilot killed in an accident in Engelberg

A 39-year-old paraglider pilot got into difficulties shortly after take-off in Engelberg OW on Saturday and crashed. Despite immediate resuscitation by passers-by, first responders and an emergency doctor, he died at the scene of the accident
The victim was from Chile but lived in Switzerland, as the Obwalden cantonal police announced on Sunday.
