Court of Appeals of Zurich Confirms Stationary Measure for 24-Year-Old

The Zurich Higher Court found a 24-year-old guilty of multiple attempted murder and other offenses on Thursday. The 16-year prison sentence has been suspended in favor of a stationary measure.
