Farmers’ association: “Not at the expense of farmers”

The 13th AHV pension approved by the people should not come at the expense of farmers. The Swiss Farmers' Association wrote this on Sunday. The association expects the Federal Council to review and reorganize the entire financing of the AHV. This is uncertain and unsecured even without the referendum.
There should not be ever higher committed expenditure and financial gaps. Due to the pay-as-you-go system, these would ultimately be reflected in savings programs for agricultural credit. If this were to happen, the demands on agriculture would have to fall in return.
