Homage to the ESC at Openair Gampel

Openair Gampel is changing its line-up due to Nemo's victory at the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC): Nemo will be the new headliner on the White Stage. And new to the program is the Finnish ESC act Windows95man .
Nemo's performance on the first day of the Gampel Openair festival was previously scheduled for 17:00. Now the Swiss ESC star is moving up to headliner. Nemo will play in the evening from 22:00, as Openair Gampel announced on Tuesday.
It is already known that the Dutch ESC participant will also be coming to Valais. His performance has been moved to the slot that Nemo has now released. Joost Klein was supposed to perform "Europapa" at the ESC in Malmö, but was disqualified at the last minute.
The homage to this year's ESC is completed by the Finn Windows95man. The Openair organizers have invited him to replace Joost Klein on the Urban Stage. In Malmö, he came 19th with his song "No Rules!" and a performance in which he appeared to dance "topless" in front of the audience.
In addition, the Gampel organizers announced "Ä Brätsch Deejays" in the best Valaisan German: 70 DJs are to provide a party atmosphere in 15 dance tents. The party zone has been partially redesigned for the 2024 edition. The "Bunkär" will be presented as an electro dome with laser effects. Openair Gampel has announced Spotify star Lum!X, Italian-Swiss Andrea Oliva and Austrians Darius & Finlay as headliners among the DJs. DJ Bächli, the DJ with passion and trisomy 21, will also be presenting his Abba show at the Bunte Kuh.
Openair Gampel already announced its line-up at the end of February. A total of around 50 musicians will be performing on the Openair stages over the four days from August 15 to 18.
