JSVP President Nils Fiechter doused with white liquid

The president of the Young SVP, Nils Fiechter, had a white liquid thrown over him by an unknown person at Stadelhofen station in Zurich on Sunday. Fiechter is considering legal action.
The JSVP distributed biscuits and flyers at Stadelhofen station on the occasion of Tax Freedom Day, the SVP announced on the short message service X on Sunday. During an interview with a media representative, an unknown person on a bicycle suddenly rode up to Fiechter at high speed and threw the liquid at him.
The JSVP condemned the attack in the strongest possible terms. It is prepared to engage in any substantive debate. However, the use of undemocratic means such as violence or attempts at intimidation were unacceptable.
