On Thursday afternoon in Zurich's Friesenbergquartier, a man was seriously injured by stab wounds and died shortly afterwards in hospital. The police arrested a suspect, a juvenile from Eritrea, near the scene of the crime. The background and details of the incident are still unclear and are being investigated by the Juvenile Court and the Cantonal Police of Zurich. The Stadtpolizei received a report of a seriously injured man in the Friesenbergquartier shortly before 2 pm.
