Neuchâtel KB invests in ATM security

The Neuchâtel Cantonal Bank has put its entire network of ATMs back into operation. The bank had previously reassessed the security of the machines due to the increase in attacks on its ATMs.
"Several hundred thousand francs" were invested to improve security, as the bank announced on Friday. In particular, the machines near the French border were repeatedly affected. As a result, some ATMs were taken out of service.
An explosives attack on a plane in La Brévine in May caused a particular stir.
