The Council of the Swiss Protestant Reformed Church (ECSC) regrets that a national dark field study could not be carried out, the ECSC announced on Tuesday after the conclusion of the synod. The church parliament had met in Neuchâtel over the past three days. EHL President Rita Famos regretted the synod's decision in the press release.
A working group was commissioned to examine a possible study within the church. The Synod spoke out in favor of consolidating protection and prevention measures at a national level and instructed the Council to lobby the federal government for a dark field study, the EKS also announced.
