Results of the Council of States Election in the Canton of Zurich

The citizens of the canton of Zurich have elected Daniel Jositsch (SP, incumbent) to the Council of States in the first round of voting. A second round of voting will take place on November 19th to determine the second seat. The absolute majority of votes required to win the seat is 218,128.
