The Swiss Foreign Ministry expressed its concern on Saturday following the Israeli airstrike on a school in Gaza City. Switzerland is alarmed by the high number of casualties reported after an Israeli attack on a school in Gaza used as a shelter.
International humanitarian law requires the protection of civilians and civilian infrastructure in conflict zones, the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) announced on Saturday via the X online portal.
