Swiss Signa company in definitive debt restructuring moratorium

Another Swiss company in the struggling Signa empire has been granted a definitive debt-restructuring moratorium. This is Signa Financial Services AG, based in Zurich, as can be seen from an entry published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on Monday.
The District Court of Zurich has granted a debt-restructuring moratorium until November 29, 2024, according to the publication. The company had been in provisional debt restructuring moratorium since last December.
In April, Signa European Invest Holding AG, through which René Benko's Signa conglomerate holds its 50 percent stake in Globus, was granted a definitive debt-restructuring moratorium.
