Three quarters can imagine changing jobs according to survey

There could be some job changes on the Swiss labor market next year. According to a survey by recruitment agency Robert Walters, around three quarters of skilled workers are considering changing jobs in 2024.
This is according to the salary survey published by the recruitment agency on Wednesday. Specifically, 76 percent of survey participants expressed a certain desire to change jobs.
According to the data, around a third of respondents cited career progression as a possible reason for changing jobs. For a further 20 percent, line managers or a lack of effective leadership were the factor behind their potential job search. And 17 percent plan to change jobs if they do not receive a salary increase for the next year.
