Zurich District Court extends debt moratorium for Signa Real Estate Management Switzerland until July 31, 2024.
A Swiss company within the struggling Signa empire has secured another extension for its debt restructuring moratorium. The District Court of Zurich has postponed the bankruptcy decision for Signa Real Estate Management Switzerland once again.
The court has granted a two-month extension of the debt-restructuring moratorium, now set to last until July 31, 2024. This extension, starting on May 31, was announced in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on Friday. The previous deadline for the bankruptcy decision was the end of May.
