In August 2023, there were 3688 new companies registered in the Swiss commercial register, an increase of 8% compared to the same period in the previous year. However, compared to the previous month, the number of new companies decreased by 14%, which is typical for the summer month. The number of companies deleted also increased by 5% compared to the previous year, but decreased compared to the previous month.
