No Special Flights from Israel Planned for Now

The Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (EDA) has advised Swiss citizens to consider alternative means of departure from Israel, as there are currently no special flights for Swiss citizens leaving Israel. Commercial flights are still available, however. The EDA also reminded citizens to follow the instructions of local authorities. The travel advice published on the EDA website for countries in the region is up to date and reflects the current assessment of the situation. It is regularly reviewed. The German Foreign Office has warned against travelling to Israel, the Palestinian territories and Lebanon due to the escalation of violence in the region.
