Man partially confesses at abuse trial in Lucerne court

A 74-year-old Swiss man from the canton of Lucerne admitted to sexual acts with two children before the judges of the criminal court on Tuesday morning. He only defended himself against the accusation of human trafficking.

This accusation was far-fetched, said the defendant. After all, no other people had been charged and they could not deal with themselves.

During questioning, the accused admitted that he had produced pornographic material "as a memento" when the boys visited him. He had recorded the video calls in which the boys were naked because he thought it was "just funny".

The accused allegedly paid a family from Slovakia for several years to accommodate their seven boys in their home. During their stay, he allegedly sexually exploited the children and produced pornographic video material.
