UBS and CS are Looking for More Staff in July

In July, major Swiss banks increased their recruitment efforts, with UBS and Credit Suisse leading the way. UBS posted 151 job openings, still significantly lower than the 239 openings in May. Credit Suisse's recruitment efforts are not surprising, as it will take some time to integrate into UBS. Raiffeisen also posted more job openings, while Bank Vontobel and Postfinance reduced their recruitment efforts. Overall, the number of job openings posted by larger banks increased by 3.7% to over 1000.
