Competec Group, encompassing Brack and Alltron, welcomes Stefan Fraude as CEO.

The Competec Group, which includes the online store Brack and the wholesaler Alltron, has found a new CEO. Stefan Fraude is taking over from Martin Lorenz, as detailed in a press release on Monday.

The departure of Lorenz, who had led the company since 2018, had already been announced last fall. The reason for this was a difference of opinion regarding the company’s focus and future strategic direction.

According to the information provided, the exact date on which Fraude will take up his post is still open. Most recently, the 42-year-old was CEO of MediaMarkt Switzerland. Prior to that, he worked for Digitec Galaxus for seven years.

Last year, the Competec Group generated sales of CHF 1.14 billion with 1,300 employees.
