Hochdorf’s new major shareholder Newlat wants to completely reappoint the Board of Directors of the milk processor.

Newlat is proposing the election of Angelo Mastrolia, Eduardo Montuori, Giuseppe Mastrolia, Benedetta Mastrolia, Fabio Fazzari and Helmut Bösiger to the Board of Directors, as Hochdorf announced on Friday. With the exception of Bösiger, who is a dual Swiss-Brazilian citizen, all candidates are Italian nationals.

Mastrolia, who also serves as Executive Chairman of Newlat, is also to be elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hochdorf. Newlat is also proposing the election of Mastrolia, Fazzari and Bösiger to the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.

According to Newlat, the maximum total remuneration for the Board of Directors is to be set at CHF 300,000. The current Board of Directors had put CHF 600,000 to the vote.
