27-Year-Old Rheinfall Swimmer Found Dead in Dachsen ZH

A 28-year-old man who had been missing since Sunday at the Rhine Falls in the canton of Schaffhausen has been found dead. According to the Schaffhausen police, investigations by the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Zurich confirmed the man's death. The body was found in the Rhine near Dachsen ZH, the police said on Friday. On Sunday afternoon, the man had jumped into the Rhine Falls basin below the falls. Witnesses saw the man disappear into the river. The search for the man remained unsuccessful.
