Holcim Switzerland takes over Cand-Landi Group

Holcim Schweiz übernimmt ihren bisherigen Partner Cand-Landi. Das Westschweizer Unternehmen wird somit weiterhin als Tochtergesellschaft des Schweizer Zementriesen agieren und seinen Kunden eine Reihe von Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Baustoffe, Recycling, Erdbau, Logistik und Rohrleitungsunterhalt anbieten.
The transaction follows decades of partnership between the two companies, the Cand-Landi Group, based in Grandson in the canton of Vaud, announced on Tuesday. The aim is to ensure continuity for both the Group's employees and its customers. Financial details of the deal are not provided in the press release. Cand-Landi claims to employ around 230 people.
