In Valais, a “No” to the new constitution is on the horizon

The people of Valais are expected to reject the draft of a new constitution. After counting 99 of the 122 municipalities, 71.9 percent of voters currently reject the bill.
The variant of the bill that excludes the right to vote for foreigners with a C permit is also not convincing. It would currently be rejected with 60.6 percent of the vote.
The towns of Sierre, Sion and Monthey have not yet published their results. Voter turnout was around 61%.
