The manager of Zurich's Letzigrund Stadium does not expect pop superstar Taylor Swift to return for her next tour. "Zurich is rather too small for such a big artist and show," Peter Landolt told Saturday's Blick newspaper.

With this stadium size and these conditions, Swift's visit was "probably a one-off", said Landolt. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the 34-year-old US musician performed two sold-out concerts in front of a total of 100,000 people.

The stadium manager went on to say that Swiss fans have a different purchasing power and that the limited capacity could be compensated for somewhat through ticket prices. Nevertheless, the profit margin remains low. The security costs were therefore many times higher than for the previous concert by the Australian hard rock band AC/DC.

According to Landolt, Swift's management was satisfied. "We had a long meeting after the first concert at midnight. And the feedback - apart from a few things that needed to be improved - was good."

For contractual reasons, Landolt is not allowed to disclose any details about Swift to the outside world. "So I can't tell you whether I've even seen her up close or spoken to her. What I can say is that she didn't show any airs and graces."

Swift's appearance was a tour de force for the stadium team. "I've been here for 18 years. And her performances were concerts 40 and 41 for me. But we've never experienced anything like this before," said Landolt. Some of his team even slept in the stadium during this time.
