Nemo and “Europapa” storm the streaming charts after ESC

Nemo is storming the streaming playlists in Europe after winning the Eurovision Song Contest. In eight out of nine countries surveyed, the talented musician from Biel made it into the top two most successful ESC hits with "The Code", as GfK Entertainment announced on Tuesday.
In Switzerland, the winning song was the most streamed song overall last weekend. Dutchman Joost Klein, who was eliminated after an incident before the final, is also a streaming success with his song "Europapa". According to GfK, "Europapa" is currently even the most successful ESC hit in streams in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The Croatian Baby Lasagna with "Rim Tim Tagi Dim", originally considered the favorite, and the Frenchman Slimane with "Mon Amour" are also being streamed a lot according to the evaluation. The German Isaak, who landed in twelfth place, is in third place in the ESC streams in Germany with his "Always on the Run".
From Friday to Sunday, GfK Entertainment analyzed streams in Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland and Spain.
