A nine-year-old student caused fear and panic among his classmates at a Winterthur school on Monday. He is reported to have had a knife and threatened to kill all the children in the school. The city police of Winterthur confirmed the report from "20 Minutes" about the incident. Employees of the youth police were sent out and spoke to the boy. However, he has nothing to fear legally as the age of criminal responsibility in Switzerland does not begin until the age of 10. The police are still in contact with the school. According to the report, the boy had already been intimidating his classmates in the past few weeks. After the incident on Monday, he was given a reprimand but is now back in school.
