Philip Kutter Withdraws from Senate Election Campaign

On Tuesday, Zurich's Mitte-Nationalrat Philipp Kutter decided to withdraw from the Ständeratswahlkampf. The party leadership, together with Kutter, decided to withdraw his candidacy. On Wednesday evening, the delegates will decide who the Mitte will support in the second round of voting. In the first round of voting on Sunday, Kutter received only 66,770 votes, placing him in sixth place.
