Police still believe the death in Maur was a criminal offense

The Zurich cantonal police are still assuming that the death in Maur on Saturday afternoon was a criminal offense. Ralph Hirt from the Zurich cantonal police media service was unable to provide any further information on the current status of the investigation when asked on Sunday.
A 71-year-old man was found motionless at the bottom of an outside staircase shortly before 12 noon on Saturday, as the police reported on Saturday. Resuscitation attempts by the emergency services were unsuccessful. The police and the Zurich public prosecutor's office began an investigation.
