Pro Switzerland is concerned about Switzerland’s independence

Pro Switzerland notes with "great concern" that the Federal Council has adopted the negotiating mandate with the European Union. It wants to "campaign with all its might against the cession of the people's direct democratic rights".
For Pro Switzerland, the negotiating mandate is based on the unacceptable parameters of the so-called "Common Understanding", which were agreed in advance with the EU Commission. "In other words, the Federal Council wants the EU to pack Switzerland in," wrote Pro Switzerland in a press release. The EU decides, the EU orders, the EU judges and Switzerland pays, it continued.
Pro Switzerland is calling on the Federal Council to conduct the negotiations in the interests of Swiss citizens and wants to oppose "this submission".
