SBB and Swiss now want to continue their "Flugzug" partnership, which was originally limited to five years, for an indefinite period. They are also expanding their offer to include four destinations in Graubünden.
The destinations of Chur, Davos, Klosters and St. Moritz will be added to the offer, bringing the so-called "Swiss Air Rail" network to 21 destinations, as the airline announced in a press release on Wednesday. These 21 destinations can be booked in conjunction with a Swiss flight, whereby the flight ticket is also valid for the train journey to or from the airport. Passengers only have to check in once and receive their boarding pass and train ticket from Swiss.
Swiss and SBB expect demand to grow by 15 percent this year. In addition to 19 cities and vacation resorts in Switzerland, Bregenz and Munich are also part of the "Flugzug" network.
