There will be a change in management at CH Media's Solothurn newspaper titles. From November, 45-year-old Eva Berger will take over as editor-in-chief of "Solothurner Zeitung", "Oltner Tagblatt" and "Grenchner Tagblatt".

Berger most recently worked as co-head of the cantonal department at the "Aargauer Zeitung". She previously wrote for the "Bund", the former "Solothurner Tagblatt" and the "Bieler Tagblatt", among others. At the latter, she was head of department and a member of the editorial team.

Berger succeeds the previous editors-in-chief Lucien Fluri and Sven Altermatt. After around three years, they will be leaving their positions at the end of October and moving to "Blick".
