Former Zug cantonal councillor Yolanda Spiess-Hegglin is demanding CHF 431,527 plus interest from the Ringier publishing house. Her lawyer explained to the cantonal court of Zug that the Ringier title "Blick" had made this profit with articles that violated her personality.

The proceedings arose from the "Blick" report on the Zug Landammann celebration in 2014. Spiess-Hegglin took part in the event, at which sexual contact took place.

In 2022, the Cantonal Court of Zug ruled that "Blick" had unlawfully infringed Spiess-Hegglin's personality rights with four articles in 2014 and 2015 and had to hand over the profits made from these articles. It was up to the media victim to quantify his claim on the basis of the information provided by Ringier.
