Swiss Air Force trains together with Austria and the USA

The air forces of Switzerland, the USA and Austria will be training together in Swiss airspace on Wednesday and Thursday. The purpose of the training is to strengthen the Swiss Armed Forces' defense capabilities through international cooperation.
Four Swiss F/A-18 fighter jets, two Austrian Eurofighters and two F-35 jets from the US Air Force are taking part in the training, the Swiss Air Force announced on Wednesday. The foreign aircraft will take off from Zeltweg in Austria.
The purpose of the joint training is to compare capabilities with the partner nations, test the systems for interoperability and exchange experiences, the report continued.
