This was stated by the Waadtland SP Federal Council candidate Roger Nordmann on Wednesday in front of the media. "I am a pan-Swiss Romand." In the Federal Council, regional politics are not at issue anyway. Today's complex problems require dialogue, according to Nordmann. "I want to be involved in the country and bring a lot with me." In the Federal Council, one is not a representative of a canton. When asked about his chances of being elected, Nordmann stated that it was not his job to make predictions.
