“The Swiss 3500: A World Meeting in Delémont JU”

The 2CV World Meeting, held in Delsberg JU, Switzerland, was a six-day event that attracted 3500 of the legendary "Döschwos" and 15,000 visitors. The organisers had only expected 5,000 people to attend. An additional 9,000 people stayed on the camping site set up for the occasion, coming from all over the world, with some 2CVs bearing number plates from Australia, Canada and the USA. The event was a success, with a friendly atmosphere that perfectly reflected the spirit of the 2CV. There were no major incidents or accidents reported, and the festival site was left clean at the end. The weather was not ideal, but the visitors did not let this dampen their spirits. The next 2CV World Meeting will be held in 2025 in Slovenia.
