US singer Pink cancels concert in Bern

The concert by US singer Pink scheduled for Wednesday in Bern has been canceled. Pink has fallen ill, the organizers announced on Tuesday morning.
For the sake of the 44-year-old artist, the performance in Bern's Wankdorf Stadium had to be canceled following a thorough medical examination, the statement continued. We wish Pink a speedy and full recovery.
Due to ongoing planning as part of Pink's "Summer Carnival" tour on three continents, the concert cannot be rescheduled, according to the organizers. Tickets can be returned at the place of purchase.
Pink was awarded three Grammys between 2002 and 2011 and is one of the most successful female artists of our time, having sold over 50 million albums.
