Zurich police flash a speeding bird of prey in a 30 km/h zone

The Zurich city police recently flashed a feathered speeding offender. A bird of prey flew through a 30 km/h speed limit zone at 38 km/h and triggered the speed camera. The police published the picture on "X" on Friday afternoon.
The police do not know what species of bird the speeding offender was. Any useful information would be appreciated. The bird will not be fined.
