YurekAI, operating under Augmented Reality Technology AG in Ticino, has recently raised over 600,000 Swiss francs. These claims are being reported by startupticker.ch. Setting the stage for its expansion into new markets such as the US and Monaco. This move is part of its broader strategy within the Swiss AI real estate sector to offer more personalized and automated real estate services.

The company’s core offering includes a suite of intelligent services tailored for the real estate industry, driven by its proprietary ASI technology. This technology aims to improve efficiency in internal processes and adapt property searches to fit user preferences. DomusRadar, YurekAI’s primary platform, combines augmented reality and AI to provide users with immersive property viewing experiences, addressing the varied language needs of different agencies and potentially improving SEO performance.

YurekAI’s establishment of a new branch in Florida, New YurekAI Inc., marks its entry into the US market, building on its presence in Europe and the Middle East. The company currently collaborates with over 1,700 agencies, has an active user base of over 2,000 real estate firms and manages a portfolio of more than 120,000 properties.

Additionally, YurekAI has entered a partnership with the Institute of Information Systems and Networking (ISIN) at SUPSI for the ANEMOS project, supported by Innosuisse with funding of around 700,000 CHF. This project aims to improve the integration of human and machine interactions within the real estate domain, reflecting YurekAI’s efforts to contribute to the development of the Swiss AI real estate industry.
