Swiss Post to expand its secure data management services by acquiring a majority stake in Diartis Group, a Lenzburg-based firm.
Swiss Post is set to acquire a majority stake in the Lenzburg-based Diartis Group at the beginning of July. According to a press release on Thursday, the plan involves purchasing a 70% stake.
The Diartis Group provides a platform for exchanging sensitive information in the social sector. Founded in 1996, the company employs 100 people, and no changes are planned for the workforce. Both parties remain undisclosed about the purchase price.
Swiss Post, dedicated to secure digital data management and transmission, finds the Diartis Group’s products an ideal fit. This acquisition complements the existing software solutions for public authorities offered by Swiss Post Group companies, Dialog Verwaltungs-Data AG and Groupe T2i Suisse SA.
