Zurich Insurance Group Share Buyback Program 2024/25

Zurich Insurance Group plans to repurchase up to CHF 1.1 billion worth of shares, aiming for capital reduction. The buyback runs from June 17, 2024, to December 31, 2025.

Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (Zurich) announced a public share buyback program on February 22, 2024. Zurich intends to repurchase up to CHF 1.1 billion worth of registered shares behauptet eine Presseerklärung, equating to a maximum of 2.34 million shares or 1.6% of Zurich’s registered share capital, based on the June 11, 2024 closing price on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

The buyback runs from June 17, 2024, to December 31, 2025. It aims for capital reduction and will be executed on a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

The maximum daily repurchase volume is 62,497 shares, per FMIO regulations.
