Around 100,000 people visited the Openair Gampel in the Swiss canton of Valais from Thursday to Sunday. 41 bands and 47 DJs provided entertainment, with headliners such as Peter Fox, Stefanie Heinzmann, Hecht, Macklemore and Ska-P. Heinzmann celebrated her 15th stage anniversary and invited many Swiss artists such as Francine Jordi, Kunz, Marc Sway and Stress for a duet. Despite the hot weather, the atmosphere among the revellers was cheerful and positive. Over the four days, there were 700 patient contacts and three people had to be taken to hospital. Additionally, there were reports of diarrhoea, which the organisers investigated by taking water and food samples. The tests showed that the water and food were in good condition, leading the organisers to believe that the cause was a viral effect, which was confirmed by tests. By Sunday, there were few reports of diarrhoea.nnnnnnnnnn
