42-Year-Old Injures Man with Knife and Hammer.

In Unterägeri ZG, a 42-year-old man has been arrested for a violent crime. He is alleged to have seriously injured a 45-year-old Swiss man with a knife and a hammer a week ago. The 45-year-old was admitted to hospital with stab wounds to the upper body and a head injury in the early hours of 1 September and underwent surgery. The suspect, a 42-year-old Swiss man, was arrested shortly afterwards by officers from the Zug police force. Under the direction of the Zug prosecutor's office, the Zug criminal police immediately began extensive investigations. Several people were questioned and numerous searches were conducted at various locations. Several objects and clues relevant to the crime were seized. The Zug prosecutor's office opened an investigation into attempted murder and the Zug coercive measures court ordered the 42-year-old suspect to be remanded in custody. The motive is still under investigation. The two men were known to each other prior to the incident. The suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty.nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
